Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Consultation appointments are reserved specifically for you and require advance preparation. For this reason, all consultation fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
